OTTO Building Management and its related bodies corporate (we, our, us) recognise the importance of protecting the privacy and rights of individuals. This policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact details, property or building details, occupation or role, enquiry and complaint records, service history, correspondence, and information you provide through our website, forms, representatives or service providers.

We may also collect technical and aggregated information about use of our website that does not identify an individual.

We usually collect personal information directly from you when you contact us, use our website, request a proposal, enter into an agreement, speak with our representatives, provide feedback or make a complaint.

Where appropriate, we may also receive information from owners corporations, strata managers, building occupants, contractors, professional advisers, government bodies, publicly available sources or another person authorised by you.

We may disclose personal information to our employees, related bodies corporate, owners corporations, strata managers, contractors, maintenance providers, professional advisers, insurers, technology and hosting providers, government or regulatory bodies, and other parties where disclosure is necessary to provide our services, authorised by you or required by law.

Where permitted, we may send information about services we believe may be relevant to you. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in a communication or contacting us. We will process opt-out requests within a reasonable period.
